Senate empowers AMCON to take over assets of debtors, charges them to special tribunal in new amendment bill: The AMCON amendment bill empowered the corporation to take possession, manage or sell all properties traced to debtors, whether or not such assets or property have been listed as collateral for obtaining the loan.
